validation of the minimum viable product of borges' 3D tool.

Through a UX workshop with the entire team we described the different user-types that they envisioned for the tool. For each of these personas we defined the value hypothesis: what are their goals and interests, and which of the features on the roadmap would they be most interested in?

Putting the MVP to the test: To validate these hypotheses, we selected, interviewed and tested the prototype with representative test participants for each of the user-types.
The tests created insight to the team about the true value for each of the user-types, the prioritization of features, recommended changes to the interface design, and direction of development and positioning for th tool.
