Designing a new product or a service is not enough.
A good design process also creates change in the organisation. It promotes the benefits of design, helps people think from their users perspectives, crosses departments, and helps teams to adopt agile processes.
Whether it’s through creating prototypes, leading sprints, workshops, or making persona posters, customer journeys or interviewing users - I create a custom process for each project, team or organisation to guide them into a new way of working.
