Through user research, workshops and quick prototypes, we learn what your users want, and define a roadmap with quick wins and long-term plans. During iterative development and implementation, the concept is tested and improved.

Since it's often better to fix what exists than to build something new: I investigate your current products and services to learn what works well, and where there are areas for improvement, to learn where to focus your resources to bring the biggest gains or even better: what you should leave as is.

I love diving into new areas, and the surprises and insights that come with talking to users. Because I love learning... but most of all so we can create a product or service which truly fills a user's needs.
